Telemedicine is not for emergencies
Central Clinics is a 100% telemedicine practice. Telemedicine is not appropriate for medical emergencies or for any condition requiring urgent, in-person or hands-on care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Licensing and jurisdiction
Our physicians are registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC), and Central Clinics operates as a facility licensed by the Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC), Karachi. Our doctors are licensed to provide consultations in Pakistan only and are not licensed in the UAE or other countries. Consultations are provided under Pakistani medical licensure. If you are outside Pakistan, please confirm this arrangement meets your needs before booking.
Aesthetic coaching (the Ageless Protocol)
The Ageless Protocol and any aesthetic coaching offered through Central Clinics is an educational and coaching service. It is not a medical consultation and does not include diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical or cosmetic procedures. Any treatments you choose to pursue are carried out by appropriately licensed providers of your choosing, at your own discretion.
Complementary approaches
Where complementary approaches such as homeopathy are offered, they are provided as an option for those who prefer them and are not a replacement for conventional medical care. Never delay appropriate medical treatment for a serious condition.

Health outcomes differ from person to person. Any references to programs, remission, or results describe possibilities, not guarantees, and depend on individual circumstances.
