Central Clinics provides online (telemedicine) medical consultations delivered by licensed physicians, aesthetic coaching (the Ageless Protocol), and educational content. Aesthetic coaching is not a medical service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book on your own behalf. Minors may be seen only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Appointments, fees and cancellations

Fees, payment methods and cancellation or refund arrangements are communicated to you at the time of booking. Please review them before confirming an appointment.

4. Telemedicine and emergencies

You understand that telemedicine has limitations and is not suitable for emergencies. If a condition cannot be safely assessed or managed remotely, you may be advised to seek in-person care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Any prescription is issued at the physician’s professional discretion, only where clinically appropriate and in accordance with applicable Pakistani law.

Our site links to third-party services (for example, hajirajawad.com, SehaTalks, SehaBeat on Skool, WhatsApp and mapping services). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites and platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Clinics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome.
